Our Regional Grants program is a result of the Smart & Caring Communities initiative, a significant undertaking that unites community foundations from all across Canada. This initiative was launched in response to the challenge posed by Former Governor General David Johnston to build a 'smart and caring nation' in celebration of Canada's sesquicentennial. The Regional (Smart & Caring Community) Grants, an integral part of this effort, are now available for the six regions within the geographic footprint of the Stratford Perth Community Foundation, encompassing Stratford, St. Marys, North Perth, Perth East, Perth South, and West Perth.  

These grants are specifically intended for charitable organizations that exemplify a 'smart and caring' approach to addressing critical priorities in their respective communities.
