Heidi Culliton is a seasoned not-for-profit leader with over 25 years of experience dedicated to strengthening communities through philanthropy and purpose-driven initiatives. She first served as Executive Director of the Stratford and Perth County Community Foundation from 2012 to 2014 and returned to the role in 2018 following a leadership position with The Sunshine Foundation of Canada.

Her career includes executive roles with several notable organizations, including MLSE Foundation with Maple Leaf Sports + Entertainment, The Argos Foundation with the Toronto Argonauts Football Club, and Rose Cherry’s Hospice and Respite Home.

Heidi is a graduate of Western University and the Sports & Event Marketing Program at George Brown College, and she brings a strong commitment to continued learning and professional growth to her work in the not-for-profit sector.

Passionate about sports, travel, and giving back, Heidi lives in Stratford with her husband and family and is proud to serve the community she calls home.
