Her multifaceted background includes financial management for construction firms, hospitality businesses, and charitable organizations like the Heart and Stroke Foundation. This unique range of experience enables her to balance strict fiscal responsibility with a deep passion for community engagement.

When she isn't managing the foundation's essential infrastructure, Shelley can be found enjoying life in Stratford with her husband and two children.
