Rachel Smith is a not-for-profit leader with more than 15 years of experience in organizational leadership, fundraising, and community engagement. She currently serves as Director of Fund Development at the Stratford and Perth County Community Foundation, where she supports donor relations and helps strengthen the Foundation’s capacity to address community priorities.

Her professional background includes leadership roles with organizations such as Scouts Canada, VON Canada, and the Heart & Stroke Foundation, where she worked closely with boards, led teams and volunteers, and contributed to organizational planning, operations, and fundraising strategy.

Rachel lives in Stratford with her two children and brings a strong commitment to community-focused leadership and collaborative, values-driven work.
