Catherine Urquhart has dedicated more than 40 years to serving communities across Ontario, holding leadership roles ranging from frontline practitioner to Chief Executive Officer. She is currently a faculty member in the Social Service Work program at Fanshawe College, where she prepares the next generation of community and social service professionals.

Catherine is a proud member of the Stratford Perth County Community Foundation Board of Directors and the Westminster College Foundation Board. She and her husband are also committed philanthropists through their family fund at the London Community Foundation, supporting initiatives that strengthen communities and improve quality of life.

A lifelong advocate for community development and civic engagement, Catherine is passionate about fostering resilient, inclusive communities. She resides in St. Marys, Ontario, with her husband and remains actively engaged in initiatives that create lasting community impact.
